Medical Insurance Plans and Payment Policy's
A physicians referral may be required by your insurance for physical therapy to be covered. Upon scheduling your first appointment we will gather your insurance information and check your benefits*.
We accept Medicare, Workers Compensation and all PPO Insurances with plans that include out of network benefits.
At this particular time we are not able to accept HMO insurances, Med-Cal or state sponsored programs.

*As a courtesy for our patients we will contact your insurance carrier to determine your benefits for physical Therapy and submit all claims to your carrier. Additionally the patient should also contact their insurance carrier to varify their physical therapy benefits and be aware of all covered and non-covered benefits. If your carrier denies treatment for ANY reason, you can contact us for alternate payment arrangements. This is only an estimate of what your Insurance Company may pay. Please note; this is not a guarantee of benefits.
